Before you call: a quick note about insurance
We're a cash-pay specialty practice. We don't bill insurance directly. You pay at the time of your visit. Most patients use their HSA or FSA debit card, or submit our itemized bill to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement (typically 50–80%).
