Dr. Vertrees is a board-certified headache specialist focused on complex and difficult-to-treat headache disorders. She combines current evidence with enough appointment time to understand a patient's history, previous treatments, and goals.

As a migraine patient herself, she understands the cost of being dismissed. That experience shaped a practice where patients can expect candor, careful listening, and a plan that is explained clearly.

Andi Faldyn

Andi is a Physician Associate who has specialized in headache medicine in Central Texas since 2016. Her clinical work includes Botox for chronic migraine and cervical dystonia, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections.

A headache patient herself, Andi centers education and practical support in her care. She earned her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and her master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University.

Lauren has worked with Dr. Vertrees since before the practice opened. She is a registered nurse with a focus on helping headache patients navigate care and treatment.
